遇到一个技术问题始终搞不定。问题描述如下链接：
VSSDatabase.Open via ASP.NET 简单说就是在ASP.NET中调用VSSDatabase.Open会出错，是个权限问题，那些解决方案要么太复杂，要么没用。不知道有没有简单有效的方案？
